I stayed at Tower 2 in the hotel, which offered every amenity but lacked a balcony or even a chair to sit on. The room did come with a balcony, which was a nice touch. The location was very quiet, though there was a downside of being too close to a polluted factory. The hotel was conveniently close to everything South Bank offers and the beach at Southbank, as well as the exhibition centre. The dining experience, featuring Danish pastries, was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were decent, with some room for improvement.
