Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, perfect for those seeking tranquility, but it's a bit close to a polluted factory. The rooms are modern and spacious, with excellent facilities, yet there is no balcony or even a chair to sit on. The service is friendly, but the location being on a slope downwards might not be ideal for everyone. The dining experience offers delicacies, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel lacked balconies or chairs in the rooms, which was a downside. However, the facilities were excellent, making the stay comfortable. The service was good, but improvements could be made. The location was convenient, offering easy access to necessary amenities.
I stayed at Tower 2 in the hotel, which offered every amenity but lacked a balcony or even a chair to sit on. The room did come with a balcony, which was a nice touch. The location was very quiet, though there was a downside of being too close to a polluted factory. The hotel was conveniently close to everything South Bank offers and the beach at Southbank, as well as the exhibition centre. The dining experience, featuring Danish pastries, was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities were decent, with some room for improvement.
